Glenn Armstrong

Glenn Armstrong is one of the stalwarts of the property investor community.

Into his 50s now, Glenn has personally acquired over 200 properties and has helped hundreds of wannabe property investors. He is based out of Milton Keynes and quite by accident he found himself in the right place at the right time when his parents relocated from North London.

Glenn used to play semi professionally for Olney Town Football Club back in the day!

Glenn made his first fortune out of a mobile video library when the video tape boffins were still arguing whether VHS and Betamax would win the video recorder battle.

Glenn sold that business and got paid mostly in shares by the buying company and unfortunately when they went belly up he lost most of his fortune and had to start again.

He became interested in property acquisition and after buying four properties he ran out of money and that is where his now legendary

BMV (below market value) empire began.

His brilliant analytical brain went to work and he came up with some fantastic funding ideas and got the private banks like Close Brothers to fund his speculative deals. Glenn specialised in acquiring properties at below market value sometimes 50% below. His natural ability as a master negotiator created a win win situation in the sellers mind and he was able to build his empire on this basis.

Back in the early days it must be said that the administration of his training side left a lot to be desired, but now he has assembled a team worthy of his brilliance.

Glenn formed Creative Estate Agents based in Church Street, Wolverton and this company acts as his sales resource and rental out let for his BMV business.

Glenn has some armchair investors who he either acquires property for or they act as a short term investor helping to bridge loans for his students. Some of the returns that are available are very attractive.

Some mentors can be very aloof but Glenn is far from this; his down to earth style and warm nature makes him a natural teacher and people genuinely like him. He is a very unassuming man even though he does drive a Ferrari, but people forgive him for that!

Glenn is very into internet marketing and holds weekly phone in webinars which are hosted by him on the web. In these phone-ins which are open to his mentorship members ,his students share what they have been doing in their property business during the preceding week. This is a very clever strategy by Glenn and it is something the psychologists call accountability.

This works by the student telling Glenn what they are going to do that week which is their short term business plan for that period and then Glenn gets them to report back to him the following week live on the phone with the other mentees listening in if they want to.
Naturally, sensitive business is not discussed in this open court but the group get the benefits of each other’s experiences. It’s a bit like being in the Headmaster’s study but only much nicer than that really.

If you want a good grounding in property investment and then follow that up with some pretty tasty financing strategies then Glenn Armstrong may well be your man.

He got lucky by being based in Milton Keynes but some of his other students that were based in different towns and cities have achieved millionaire status too by applying the same metrics to their business that Glenn applied in MK and then taught to them.

You could do a lot worse than choosing Glenn Armstrong as your property mentor but then again I doubt that you could choose much better either.
